You are working backstage doing a technical crew job for Fox News in midtown Manhattan. Please dress casually - shoes included. Dress as if you work on your feet all day, roll up your sleeves and get to work with a need to move about comfortably. Earth tones, dark colors, texture and subtle patterns are preferred. Nothing too bright, loud, or vivid.
Jeans, khakis, other casual pants are good. Pants should NOT be skinny. Boot cut or regular cut is more appropriate. Casual button down shirts, polos, tshirts (no logos), vests, sweaters are great to bring for layering. Long sleeve preferred over short sleeve. It’s fall. Please wear casual belt as well (no logo on the buckle).
Production Assistants (PAs):
Same notes as above, plus - You are working your way up the ladder - dress young and eager.
Same as above, plus - Still dress casually but with a little more flair. Nothing too loud, you are behind the scenes. Could have some jewelry. Could be a casual skirt or dress, nothing too short.
