OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES AND RULES TO FOLLOW:
- **We ask that everyone behave professionally and maintain quiet on set.**
- Do not approach the principal actors.
- Billions is a GREEN set! Please bring your own reusable water bottles! (Please read sustainability memo below!)
- All wardrobe must ALWAYS be CLEAN & WRINKLE-FREE, unless otherwise noted.
- Everyone must ALWAYS come to set camera ready.
- NO PHONES ON SET EVER UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED.
- Billions has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for photos on set or sharing photos/production details via social media postings. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN AN NDA ON SET.
- Even if your I9 is on file with Billions production, please ALWAYS make sure you have a form of photo ID with you to use for special location entry, props, etc!
REMINDER - MANDATORY POLICY, NO EXCEPTIONS: It is absolutely PROHIBITED for any cast or crew member to undress or change clothing in an open, plain sight communal area, at any location. Changing areas and/or restrooms are provided and available for private use when changing wardrobe. Please use these areas as they are intended, and DO NOT change your clothes/undress within sight of other members of the cast/crew. Refusal to adhere to this policy will be considered an incident of intentional harassment and result in immediate action. Thank you.

Men: Business casual to professional attire. Dress for WINTER season. Please bring 2 different NEW looks, filming 2 different script days.
Professional Attire: Dark colored suit, light colored dress shirt (in white, cream, grey, or light blue), nice dark colored dress shoes, dress belt, ties: striped, medallion, or other conservative patterned in blues, light grey, dark grey, black, browns, tan, burgundy/dark reds, dark greens.
Business Casual: polos, pullover sweaters, half zip sweaters, zip front sweaters, casual button front shirts, dress shirts, casual pants/jeans, corduroy pants, chinos, dress slacks, chukka shoe, loafer, oxford lace up, neutral colored sneakers, lace front boots.
Please bring professional/business appropriate overcoats.
Women: Business casual to professional attire. Dress for WINTER season. Please bring 2 different NEW looks, filming 2 different script days.
Pant suits (in navys, greys, black), dress slacks, blazers, dress blouses/shells and collared button button down dress shirts (light blue, navy, greys, white, beige, tan, mauve, rust, burgundy, dark purples/plums, dark greens), chambray shirts, knit tops, pullover sweaters, turtlenecks, cardigans, jeans (no rips/ distressing), tapered pants, slacks, flats, dark colored block heel, flat, oxford lace up shoe, boots, booties, casual sneakers, jewelry, belts.
Please bring professional/business appropriate overcoats & business appropriate handbags.
Color palette: Neutral earth tones (browns, greys, beige, cream, rust, burgundy, hues of blue, dark green).
NO NEON COLORS/NO LARGE LOGOS/NO GRAPHICS

Please bring whatever was instructed at your fitting!
HAIR AND MAKEUP DETAILS:
Please do not wear perfumes, cologne, or scented lotions.
PLEASE COME TO SET HAIR AND MAKEUP READY! (THIS MEANS COME TO SET WITH YOUR HAIR AND MAKEUP DONE, THE WAY YOU WILL APPEAR ON CAMERA.)
HAIR: All needs to be dry and clean. If you are working in an office scene, it should be styled appropriately for the professional, office setting. All the MEN should have their hair styled with product. WOMEN can wear it up or down. NO scrunchies or plastic clips that look like claws.
MAKEUP: For Women- cosmetic neutrals (blush, taupe, cream, pale peach, champagne, mauve, mocha), and hints of gold. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN POWDER AND LIPSTICK WITH YOU!
For Men- If you are usually clean shaven, please come clean shaven. If you have facial hair, it should look clean cut and neatly groomed. FBI PLEASE BE CLEAN SHAVEN.
· Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# and gives you a voucher before you step away.

· All minors must bring a copy of their valid NY work permit and original documents for ID.
Everyone must bring valid, unexpired ID to fill out the I-9 on the voucher you will be given on set. You cannot work without presenting identification.
IF YOU HAVE A VISA, RESTRICTED SSN CARD, OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST CONTACT Nikita email@example.com IMMEDIATELY.
For lists of acceptable documentation visit:
A) an unexpired US Passport or US Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or an unrestricted Employment Authorization Card that contains a photograph
B) unexpired US state-issued driver's license, US federal or state government-issued photo ID, or, for minors, a medical record or report card
C) an unrestricted U.S. Social Security account number card or US-issued birth certificate
If you have any one of the options under A), that is all you need to bring. If you don't have an A)document, you must bring BOTH one B) and one C) document.
