GENERAL NOTES: PLEASE DO NOT BRING CLOTHING WITH LARGE LOGOS OR BRANDS. NO GRAPHIC TEES. NO NEON. Have layers for us to build from and accessories like hats, gloves, scarves are good to have to sell the season you’re in. Subtle patterns are ok, nothing too bright or has high contrast. Try to bring some colored options, especially in the fall tones. Think plums, mustard, forest, navy, rust, maroon, etc. If you look at what you pack and notice you have a lot of one color, for example, a suitcase full of shades of brown, maybe switch some items out with some other colors. Be sure your tattoos are covered or cleared.
RUNNER - THIS IS A WINTER FUN RUN. You are runners in a race. You should look the part of a runner—running shoes, joggers, sweatpants, athletic scarves, hats, gloves, fleeces, windbreakers, FULL ON RUNNING GEAR. Down vests and light down jackets etc. please layer up for warmth. Bright colors are OK this once!
PIANO PLAYER - Please bring black tuxedo and a black suit with white shirt black tie or bow tie. Please wear a black belt with matching black dress shoes.
BNB PROPRIETER - This is Winter, you’re the proud owner of a Bed & Breakfast in Newport that everyone dreamed of. You should have a business casual outfit on, slacks with a button down shirt, tie, perhaps a rich sweater or cardigan, casual sport coat or blazer. Nice casual oxfords or boots. Have a full suit option that isn’t black. You should look wealthy.
BNB GUESTS - This is Winter. It’s an upscale Bed & Breakfast, you should look casual but elegant, sophisticated and rich. You should have slightly dressier as options, not just jeans.
DINER - This is Winter, it’s all interior at an upscale Chinese restaurant (think Shun Lee). You should look pretty dressy and elegant, men should be in sport coats, sweaters, button down shirts, women in dresses, beautiful sweaters, pretty blouses and blazers, expensive looking jewelry.
WAITSTAFF - Please bring black dress shoes or flats. And a white dress shirt
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTES:
All minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian & have a valid NY Child Performer work permit and ID (such as birth certificate or SS card AND a report card or medical record). VERY IMPORTANT: If you do not have the performer work permit set up and brought with you to set tomorrow, your baby will not be able to work and you will be sent home.

All parents have babies: please make sure you have the physical work permit and trust account info, as well as medical records paired with birth certificate / SS card for ID
Everyone please show up hair and makeup ready.
Set your alarms, allow yourself enough travel time, do what you need to do to get to holding ON TIME! **If you are late, WE are called. Being late is unprofessional and it slows down production.** Production has limited time at the hospital so it is crucial that you are prompt tomorrow.
VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!! Everyone must have proper identification in order to work! You will be sent home if you do not bring proper ID! See below for a list of acceptable IDs. All ID must be unexpired & needs to be original documentation, not a photo copy. SAG members please bring your SAG cards.
ALL MINORS – MUST have your child performer work permit on set with you, as well as a copy of your birth certificate (whether or not this is being used as one of your forms of ID). All minors must also have a guardian on set with them at all times!

-ALL MINORS MUST HAVE VALID, UNEXPIRED WORK PERMIT WITH THEM ON SET AND A PARENT/GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES.
Everyone must bring valid, unexpired ID to fill out the I-9 on the voucher you will be given on set. You cannot work without presenting identification.
IF YOU HAVE A VISA, RESTRICTED SSN CARD, OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST CONTACT Tom at firstname.lastname@example.org IMMEDIATELY.
