The following are the call times for THE PLOT AGAINST AMERICA for MONDAY, JULY 22nd 2019.

 Please read all of the info and enter your name & check in # at the bottom of the page to confirm you understood & received the info!

 


This will be EXTERIOR work with some interior, on a weather permit call shooting for scattered thunderstorms. Please show up rain or shine!

TRANSPORTATION:

Production will provide transportation from the corner of W. 96th St. & Amsterdam in Manhattan. Please check all four corners, as the bus can only park where this is room. If you miss the bus, you will be asked to self report, so please allow enough time in your commute to arrive to the bus on time.

Jeffrey Beebe, David Sarussi and Patrick Shields have a 7:45AM VAN or a 8:30AM self report to SET.

BACKGROUND

ALL MEN SHOULD ARRIVE TO SET CLEAN SHAVEN


BG #1-27 have a 6:30AM BUS or a 7:00AM self report to HOLDING.


 

WARDROBE DETAILS:

  • Everyone attended a fitting.  You are to wear what you were instructed to at your fitting. You must wear underwear to set! Please keep in mind that you'll be wearing vintage clothing so cleanliness and good hygiene is important

 

 

HAIR/MAKE-UP DETAILS:

WOMEN

  • Women should come in with foundation and black mascara (TOP LASHES ONLY). Women may also wear brown eye shadow (no frosted), peach or pink blush, and for lips tinted natural moisturizer is fine.

  • Come with clean and dry hair

  • No acrylic nails; no gel nail polish. Natural nails only!

  •  African American women should come with hair flat ironed straight to the best of your ability. If you cannot straighten your hair before set, please be prepared that it will be done on set by the hair stylists. Hair dept will use either hot comb or flat iron.  

MEN

  • Men if you did not receive a haircut at your fitting and if you need it, you may receive a haircut on set.  ALL MEN HAVE BEEN CLEARED VIA POSTINGS AND FITTING EMAILS FOR A POSSIBLE HAIRCUT.

  • Come with clean and dry hair!

  • Men should come clean shaven the morning of (unless specifically instructed to keep facial hair). If shooting exterior we recommend coming with a sheer or ultra light sunscreen already applied.




EVERYONE

  • Men and women should come with clean, dry hair, not product, no oils.

  • No facial piercings; no acrylic nails; no gel nail polish

  • Natural nails and natural faces; no visible tattoos.



PROJECT DETAILS:

  • The series takes place in the 1940s.

  • There may be smoking/atmospheric smoke on set.

  • Please do not wear any perfume or cologne.

  • no wool allergies

  • Absolutely NO cell phones allowed on set. Keep cell phones/cameras in holding area. No photography of wardrobe or sets is permitted.

Please remember:

  • We are filming for 1940 and 1941, Spring and Fall seasons..

  • Please show up following the hair, make up and wardrobe instructions above.

  • Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. If you are late, we are called and have to track you down.  This slows down production. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# and gives you a voucher before you step away.

PLEASE BRING:

A) an unexpired US Passport or US Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or an unrestricted Employment Authorization Card that contains a photograph

If you have any one of the options under A), that is all you need to bring. If you don't have an A)document, you must bring BOTH one B) and one C) document.
