BE PREPARED TO GO THROUGH SECURITY LIKE YOU WOULD ON A NORMAL FLIGHT/VACATION. YOU ALSO MUST HAVE COMPLETED YOUR GATE PASS FORM IN ORDER TO WORK.

EVERYONE MUST BRING A CARRY-ON BAG FOR THE SCENES.

THERE WILL BE RAFFLES FOR PRIZES DONE AT THE END OF EACH DAY (FRIDAY AND MONDAY).

BG WARDROBE:

Please refer to your booking email for specific notes.

HAIR/MAKEUP DETAILS:

-All Background Actors are requested to arrive camera-ready. Meaning please have your hair and basic makeup done before you arrive to set.

Clean, groomed/styled modern and stylish hair according to character (please pay attention to the type of character you are portraying!)

PLEASE REMEMBER:

  • Please show up hair, makeup, and wardrobe camera-ready.

  • "Please be aware that production will provide and require camera cover stickers on cell phones to prevent any unauthorized photography. The provided stickers are specifically made for cell phone application, must be applied when you check in at holding and remain on your phones until wrap."

  • Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# and gives you a voucher before you step away. 

  • The creation of a digital replica is a condition of employment and all background actors will be provided a digital consent form to sign as set forth in the SAG-AFTRA Basic Agreement

  • Lazarus is using the RABS App & Digital Voucher.  That means, no more filling out paperwork on set! The app is approved by SAG-AFTRA, keeps your data secure, and makes sure you get paid. RABS will text you at call, meals, and check-out. Everyone must bring valid, unexpired ID to fill out the I-9 on the voucher you will be given on set. You cannot work without presenting identification. 

IF YOU HAVE A VISA, RESTRICTED SSN CARD, OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST CONTACT CASTING (lazarus@gwcnyc.com) IMMEDIATELY.

PLEASE BRING:

A) an unexpired US Passport or US Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or an unrestricted Employment Authorization Card that contains a photograph

OR

B) unexpired US state-issued driver's license, US federal or state government-issued photo ID, or, for minors, a medical record or report card

AND

C) an unrestricted U.S. Social Security account number card or US-issued birth certificate

If you have any one of the options under A), that is all you need to bring. If you don't have an A) document, you must bring BOTH one B) and one C) document.


Please note, GWCI is not the employer for your work on this project. The employer of record is the production company and the payroll company. GWCI may contact you via text in regards to your work on this production.
