-Please arrive to set hair and makeup ready for what you are portraying. That means arrive as you want to appear on camera.
MAKEUP:
-Please report camera ready and allow our make-up crew to make adjustments to suit the scene.
MAKEUP:
University Mansion scenes
For the university dinner party and related scenes involving faculty, academics, etc., the look would be more formal and mature but relaxed. No tattoos should show.
Men’s facial hair should be groomed and neat. Mustaches and beards are perfectly appropriate. Stubble would look a little rough in this crowd, so men who don’t have mature facial hair should report with a fresh morning shave.
Women should report with a conservative evening makeup look applied that can be enhanced by our makeup artists as they determine to be appropriate. Having a base to start with is essential. BG artists can bring with them 2 or 3 lip colors to show their makeup artist who will choose one they can keep with them to refresh with throughout the shooting day. Nail polish should be soft red colors or pinks, light burgundy, etc. BG artists should report with nail polish applied and can bring 1 or 2 additional nail colors for their MU artist to use if they want to change it.
House staff workers should have a clean, groomed look. Women staffers should have a soft makeup look with a soft lip color shade.
-Tattoos are fine. Tattoo designs that are trademarked logos or designs will need to be covered by our MU artists. We'll use an alcohol-based cover make-up that can be removed with alcohol at home or after wrap when they return to Holding and we can remove it for them.
