SET YOUR ALARMS! Please allow yourself plenty of travel time and plan accordingly so you arrive to set ON TIME!


WARDROBE INFO

  • If you were pre-fit, wear what you were instructed to at your fitting.

  • Please wear appropriate undergarments.

  • If the costume department gives you any pieces of wardrobe to wear on set, you MUST return them before leaving!

  • If you were not prefit, please review notes in your booking email.

HAIR & MAKE-UP INFO

These scenes are set in 1987, and actors must look like that era.

ALL TATTOOS MUST BE COVERED WITH MAKEUP OR COSTUMES. There will be no “clearances” accepted.

MALE BACKGROUND/ADULTS/YOUNGER MEN/CHILDREN 

Please come with clean/dry hair. If your hair has curl or is naturally curly, please leave it. 

You can be clean shaven, have a mustache, or a full beard. NO SCRUFF.

This is mandatory. No short beards. No stubble. Please know that you might be required to shave.

WOMEN BACKGROUND/ADULTS /YOUNGER WOMEN AND CHILDREN 

The Hair Dept requests that you clean, dry hair. If you have curl or natural curly hair please leave it. They will work with your natural wave or curl. See notes in booking email.

  • Please come wearing foundation/concealer as needed. Otherwise, use simple makeup. Soft smoky eyeliner and mascara are great! *Neutral eye makeup colors only please.*

  • Bring/wear a nice lip color in red, brown, or plum if you can. Frosty lip colors are great!

  • Nails should be short or almond shaped. No extra-long, modern-day nail extensions. 

  • French tips are great. Natural, red, and plum nail polish are great. 

  • Do not wear shimmering face highlighter or heavy contour.

  • No winged or liquid eyeliner. No dramatic eye lashes. 

  • You may be asked to take your makeup down if needed. 

The Hair Department and Makeup Departments would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and say thank you for complying with these requests. We are all in this together and They are confident it is your desire to do the best job you can to bring your character to life on this show. They cannot do it without you. 


PLEASE REMEMBER:

  • Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# before you step away.

DIGITAL VOUCHERS:

SHARP is utilizing Everyset, a SAG-AFTRA approved digital onboarding and voucher system. You will receive an email from them to create an account on https://onboard.everyset.com/. Be sure to sign up under the email you gave to casting. However, if you have previously registered with Everyset, you will need to use the same email address again. If it differs from what you provided casting, let us know immediately.

Please note, Everyset may not enter you into their system until call times are released. You will receive an email to create an account from them.

3. Sign your voucher at the end of the day in the Everyset app (Timecards tab) or on onboard.everyset.com

It is important that you review and complete your digital voucher, including your I9. Remember, if you are uploading a List B and List C ID for I9 verification, only upload an image of the front of each document. If uploading a List A ID with two sides, you must upload images of both the front and back.

If it is more convenient for you, you may complete Everyset digital voucher before you report to work. You must complete all digital forms once you check in at holding so that payroll has all necessary information to process your payment.

IF YOU HAVE A VISA, RESTRICTED SSN CARD, OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST CONTACT casting@gwcnyc.com  IMMEDIATELY. 

· Everyone must bring valid, unexpired ID to fill out the I-9 on the voucher you will be given on set. You cannot work without presenting identification.

PLEASE BRING:

A) an unexpired US Passport or US Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or an unrestricted Employment Authorization Card that contains a photograph

OR

B) unexpired US state-issued driver's license, US federal or state government-issued photo ID, or, for minors, a medical record or report card

AND

C) an unrestricted U.S. Social Security account number card or US-issued birth certificate

If you have any one of the options under A), that is all you need to bring. If you don't have an A) document, you must bring BOTH one B) and one C) document.

IN ORDER TO CONFIRM: Please don't forget to complete the form and click "SUBMIT" at the bottom of the page once you've read everything thoroughly and carefully. This is how you confirm you have received the time & location for the shoot.
