The world of “Bad Day” should feel grounded, stylish, and believable for New York in the fall. Think casual everyday looks, business casual office attire, and “New York chic” city wear. A mix of trendy hipster types, polished professionals, and everyday New Yorkers. 


COLOR PALETTE: 

Stick with fall neutrals and city friendly tones: camel, navy, gray, cream, black, brown, muted earth tones, sky blues, mustard, rust and deep jewel tones.

DO NOT wear the following: 

  • NO BURGUNDY, ARMY GREEN, ELECTRIC BLUE, No NEON, NO LARGE PLAIDS

  • Do not bring weapons or firearms of any kind to work. 

  • Please show up hair, makeup, and wardrobe camera-ready.

  • Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# and gives you a voucher before you step away.

*VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION AND/OR FINANCIAL DAMAGES OF $10,000 PAID BY OFFENDER*

THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO TAKING, POSTING AND/OR SHARING INFORMATION, PHOTOS (INCLUDING SELFIES), VIDEO AND/OR AUDIO RECORDINGS OF:  

  • People: yourself, the cast, crew or anyone else connected to the project including, without limitation, actors, directors, writers, producers, artists, composers, musicians, animators, project partners, etc.  

  • Places: all locations in connection with the production and where your services are performed (e.g., sets, locations, production offices, studio/recording/animation facilities, craft services area, cast and crew trailers, etc.).  

  • Things: all things, information, materials and/or work product created by you or others in connection with the project such as the production status, call sheets, cast list, sets, backdrops, director chairs with talent names, props, costumes, 3D models/renderings, storyboards/animatics, scripts, lyric/music sheets, artwork, or any other materials.  

  • When: any time while preparing for or performing services in connection with your engagement (i.e., prior to, during and after production including production meetings, rehearsals, training, prep, pre/post production, while filming/recording/performing, when engaging in press/publicity activities, during hair & makeup, costume fittings, cast/crew downtime, behind-the-scenes, etc.).  

Why is this imperative: Keeping this information private, especially your location and the location of others while performing services in connection with the production, will help ensure the safety and security of everyone involved in the project, which is our utmost concern. It also helps us protect our intellectual property and allows us to avoid spoilers, preserve first looks, key moments/reveals, cast announcements and plot points, and to ensure information and assets are released at the right time to obtain maximum coverage and publicity for the project.

Consequences for violating the confidentiality obligation can be very serious, including termination and financial damages, so review this policy carefully and never photograph, share or post to social media.  


Everyone must bring valid, unexpired ID to fill out the I-9 on the voucher you will be given on set. You cannot work without presenting identification.
