Please remember:

  • Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# and gives you a voucher before you step away.

Please note this film is being shot using new technology (3D in 120 frames per second). This technology allows for long distance visibility. No one is obscured; everyone will be visible. All background must follow the costume notes (including color restrictions) and hair/make-up notes very carefully.

GENERAL NOTES:

No small patterns and no stripes. Subtle patterns are okay but plain solid colors are best. Please pay attention to the stitching colors on your shirts and pants and make sure there is little contrast. No rhinestones or sequins. No logos. 

NO BRIGHT WHITES, NO BRIGHT YELLOW, RED AND ROYAL BLUE.

NO HIGH CONTRAST STITCHING. 

If you attended a costume fitting, wear one of the two outfits that were approved. Everyone is wear one.

MALE DIA EMPLOYEES
Please wear dark suits in black, navy or charcoal. Subtle self patterns okay. Dress shirts in cream, white, light blue, grey or light stripes. No bold stripes or checked prints. Please also wear a trench coat or light overcoat to wear over your suit. Dress shoes with a matching belt. Ties with soft muted pattern or designs —nothing too contrasting! We are playing for current season, so please no heavy wool layers. 

FEMALE DIA EMPLOYEES 

Please wear dark pant or skirt suits or suit separates in black, navy or charcoal. Blouses or shells in cream, white, light blue, grey or light stripes. Cardigans great for layers. Please also wear a trench coat or light overcoat options to wear over your suit. Appropriate flats or pumps. Please wear flesh or light black tights or hose and any appropriate undergarments you may need. We are playing for current season, so please no heavy wool layers. 

HAIR / MAKE-UP NOTES

GENERAL NOTES for Everyone:

  • All BG artists should arrive to set with clean/washed hair

  • No unnatural-looking hair colors

  • No Platinum blonde or bleached hair

  • No extreme streaks/highlights in hair

  • No Piercings

  • No visible Tattoos (must be covered with clothing).

  • No Acrylic nails

  • No Glitter

  • No False eye lashes

  • No tattooed makeup or eyebrows

 

GENERAL NOTES for Women:

  • No Makeup. None.

  • No mascara

  • No foundation, tinted moisturizers or powders.

  • No lipsticks, tinted lip balms, NO GLOSS of any kind.

 

GENERAL NOTES for Men:

  • NO stubble. 

  • Men must arrive clean shaven.

  • No Makeup.


INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ID FOR I-9 FORM

Everyone must bring valid, unexpired ID to fill out the I-9 on the voucher you will be given on set. You cannot work without presenting identification. 

 

IF YOU HAVE A VISA, RESTRICTED SSN CARD, OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST CONTACT MELISSA 646 389 1557 IMMEDIATELY.

 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • What do I wear to set? You must wear/bring whatever clothing was instructed.

  • What do I bring to set? You need to bring a pen to fill out your paperwork, as well as valid ID. For example: a valid US Passport or Permanent Resident Card OR a drivers license WITH unrestricted social security card. Everyone must be 18 or older. You must also bring any wardrobe instructed.

  • How long will I be on set? Films and television shows usually shoot for 12-14 hours per day. 

  • What do I get paid? Non-Union are paid $165/10hrs. SAG-AFTRA rates apply to SAG-AFTRA members.
