This is exterior work. This is a weather permit call shooting for clear skies. Please show up rain or shine.

-All Background Actors are requested to arrive camera-ready. Meaning please have your hair done before you arrive to set.
MAKEUP/FACIAL HAIR:
All Background Actors are requested to arrive camera-ready. Meaning please have your makeup done before you arrive to set.
Please cover any tattoos that include a copyrighted / trademarked character / images. Any other tattoos not covered by Costume may be covered by our makeup team.
Please bring sunblock.
- Ladies: Please arrive in a clean look (foundation, mascara, lip color). Eyeshadow should be neutral or Earth tones. No long eyelash or nail extensions preferably.
- Men: Any facial hair on men must be well groomed. Clean shaved is preferred. Any facial hair may be trimmed or shaved to be approved for camera.

Resort/Spring Break Patrons - You are a college kid on spring break in Florida at a pool party. The theme of this party Is Vaporwave - think neon, think bright colors and 80s and 90s nostalgia. See images below for reference.
Female-identifying people, please wear/bring the following:
Swimsuits; bikinis or one piece bathing suits in bright or neon colors. If you do not have a bright or neon bathing suit, please bring whatever bathing suit you have or feel comfortable in. This is a pool scene, so please bring a bathing suit!
Beach coverups, dresses, tanks, t-shirts, shorts, jean shorts, jean shorts with rips, athletic shorts, jean skirts or anything to wear over your swimsuit as a layer or cover up. It could be a bikini with jean shorts and a tank over. Or maybe it's a beach dress with a bikini or one piece bathing suit under. Or it could be a bikini or one piece bathing suit with jean shorts over. Maybe you’re just fully in your bikini. Please bring a cover up option!
Please wear any accessories with neon accents you have such as - bracelets, earrings, hats, necklaces, bags, sunglasses, hair clips/headbands, etc.
Please bring a pool, beach bag or tote that might work
Please bring sunglasses
Please bring any kind of sun hat, straw hat or beach hat that you have
Please bring rubber sandals or flip flops, or any kind of shoe you would wear at the beach
PLEASE AVOID BLACK AND WHITE. We want this to be colorful. Anything you have with neon or is a bright color is welcomed. Please avoid anything with artwork, or any sort of cartoon characters - e.g. avoid Mickey Mouse, SpongeBob, etc. Please avoid any large logos/graphics
Male-identifying people, please wear/bring the following:
Swim trunks or a swimsuit in neon or bright colors. If you do not have a bright or neon bathing, please bring the bathing suit you have or feel comfortable in. This is a pool scene, so please bring a bathing suit!
Tank tops, t-shirt, button down shirt or any kind of coverup you might wear to the beach in neon or bright colors. Could also be Jean shorts, athletic shorts or any other type of bottom cover up. Could also be a button down shirt that you wear open with your swim trunks.
Please bring sunglasses
Please bring rubber sandals or flip flops, or any kind of shoe you would wear at the beach
Please bring any baseball hats with without logos or small logo, any hats with neon accents are preferred!

This is a reminder to all cast and crew that NO personal photography or video on set (or in rehearsal, offices, workspaces) is permitted.
There is also a strict social media blackout policy. No cast or crew is permitted to post about the project on any social media outlets or speak to the press.

ALL PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND/OR VIDEO RECORDINGS AND ALL SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT, RELATED TO OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE PROJECT IS PROHIBITED AND MAY NOT BE SHARED OR POSTED WITHOUT APPROVAL. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO TAKING, POSTING AND/OR SHARING INFORMATION, PHOTOS (INCLUDING SELFIES), VIDEO AND/OR AUDIO RECORDINGS OF :
People: yourself, the cast, crew or anyone else connected to the project including, without limitation, actors, directors, writers, producers, artists, composers, musicians, animators, project partners, etc.
Places: all locations in connection with the production and where your services are performed (e.g., sets, locations, production offices, studio/recording/animation facilities, craft services area, cast and crew trailers, etc.).
Things: all things, information, materials and/or work product created by you or others in connection with the project such as the production status, call sheets, cast list, sets, backdrops, director chairs with talent names, props, costumes, 3D models/renderings, storyboards/animatics, scripts, lyric/music sheets, artwork, or any other materials.
When: any time while preparing for or performing services in connection with your engagement (i.e., prior to, during and after production including production meetings, rehearsals, training, prep, pre/post production, while filming/recording/performing, when engaging in press/publicity activities, during hair & makeup, costume fittings, cast/crew downtime, behind-the-scenes, etc.).
***A few gentle reminders regarding confidentiality- regarding social media (e.g., Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc...) all of which are part of our everyday experiences.
Please help to enforce and follow these simple, but very important policies so as not to compromise our film, and our livelihoods, in any way.
1. No photos, video or audio recordings at any time on your cell phones or other devices on or around set.
2. Do not disclose to anyone outside of the production information concerning the series, plot points, storylines, characters or cast.
3. Do not post photos or details of production material such as scripts, schedules, call sheets, sides, art work, costumes, props, set, etc... and do not let them out of your personal possession.
4. Do not post the production address or shooting location. Always clear set visits for non-production personnel through the production office.
5. Please return any film-related materials (i.e.: scripts, schedules, call sheets, sides, etc...) to the production office to be confidentially shredded and recycled.
Please remember:
Please show up following the hair, make up and wardrobe instructions above.
Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. If you are late, we are called and have to track you down. This slows down production. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# and gives you a voucher before you step away.

IF YOU HAVE A VISA, RESTRICTED SSN CARD, OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST CONTACT Brie (646) 747-1561 IMMEDIATELY.

PLEASE BRING:
A) an unexpired US Passport or US Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or an unrestricted Employment Authorization Card that contains a photograph

AND
C) an unrestricted U.S. Social Security account number card or US-issued birth certificate
If you have any one of the options under A), that is all you need to bring. If you don't have an A) document, you must bring BOTH one B) and one C) document.
