Tomorrow is interior scenes at comedy clubs. Season is FALL, current day! Some will be in ext scenes at end of the day. These scenes portray comedians performing standup with possible coarse language, controversial topics, and sexual explicit material. Everyone in the scene must be comfortable hearing this material in portraying audience members and staff.

Clients: The season is FALL! Please dress as though you are going to court - conservative, business clothing. Suits with shirt and tie, button front shirts with cardigans or nice knits, shift dress with tights, skirt suits, trousers or pencil skirts with blouses, demure heels or boots, dress shoes for men. Neutral muted color palette. NO JEANS.


Court Clerks/Staff: Please wear business attire - skirt or pants suits for women, pencil skirts with blouses or knits, tights and demure heels or boots. Suits for men with dress shirt, tie, dress shoes. Neutral muted color palette.

Visitors: The season is FALL! Conservative business casual attire. NO JEANS. Neutral  muted color palette.

NYPD Officers: Fall / Winter uniform with long sleeves.

Court Officers: Please wear shoes- black sneakers, clogs, dress shoes

Undergarments- white t shirt or tank top to wear under shirts, black socks

Sales/Mangement Workers:  Please wear business attire - skirt or pants suits for women, pencil skirts with blouses or knits, tights and demure heels or boots. Suits for men with dress shirt, tie, dress shoes. Neutral muted color palette but charcoal gray with white dress shirt is preferred.  

Bellhop: Please wear Tops- white dress shirt, pointed collar preferred

Shoes- black dress shoes, Accessories- black dress belt
Undergarments- white t shirt or tank top to wear under shirts, black socks

Medicaid Applicants/Employees: Casual ND clothing. Nothing fancy. Can be muted colors, nothing super bright, no graphics, no logos, no neon, no tight stripes

Mother & Child: Casual ND clothing. Nothing fancy. Can be muted colors, nothing super bright, no graphics, no logos, no neon, no tight stripes. 

***UPSCALE HOTEL GUEST- You are guests at the Plaza Hotel, lunching or staying at the hotel or passing through the lobby. Please bring chic, expensive looking clothing! Nothing too bright, no loud prints or patterns, no polka dots or loud stripes. Quiet elegance is the name of the game. 

Women: tweed jackets and suits, skirt suits, blazers, skirts, trousers, silk blouses, beautiful knits, elegant coat / jacket options, boots or chic heels / flats, Hermes scarves or similar, statement jewelry, pearl jewelry!

Men: Suits, knits / sweaters, dress pants or chinos, leather belts, cable knit sweaters, cardigans, blazers, ties, turtlenecks, dress shirts, loafers, lace up dress shoes, knit vests, argyle sweaters, elegant coats or trench coats. 

HAIR/MAKEUP DETAILS:

  • Everyone should come makeup and hair ready for tomorrow’s scenes, which would be a daytime casual look

  • Please come HMU ready, casual look, clean dry hair


PLEASE REMEMBER:

  • Please show up hair, makeup, and wardrobe camera-ready.

  • Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# and gives you a voucher before you step away.

Everyone must bring valid, unexpired ID to fill out the I-9 on the voucher you will be given on set. You cannot work without presenting identification. 

IF YOU HAVE A VISA, RESTRICTED SSN CARD, OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST CONTACT CASTING (thesham@gwcnyc.com) IMMEDIATELY.

PLEASE BRING:

A) an unexpired US Passport or US Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or an unrestricted Employment Authorization Card that contains a photograph

AND

C) an unrestricted U.S. Social Security account number card or US-issued birth certificate
