VAN/BUS DEPARTURE:

CORNER OF 96th STREET and BROADWAY IN MANHATTAN

Please be sure to arrive ON TIME, for the courtesy van/bus as it will depart promptly and NOT be able to wait for you. If you miss the van/bus, you will have to self-report.

Please be proactive and check all corners at the intersection as the van/bus can only park where there is room.

Alia G has a 11:30AM SELF REPORT to BASECAMP (If driving, park at CREW PARKING first)

Stefan C has a 10:45AM VAN to BASECAMP

Matthew D has a 12:30PM VAN to BASECAMP

BACKGROUND:

BG #s 1-32: 10:15AM VAN or 11:00AM self report to HOLDING

BG #s 33-38: 12:30PM VAN or 1:15PM self report to HOLDING

BG WARDROBE:

Please refer to your wardrobe notes email for specific notes.

HAIR/MAKEUP DETAILS:

-All Background Actors are requested to arrive camera-ready. Meaning please have your hair and basic makeup done before you arrive to set.

- Clean, groomed/styled modern and stylish hair according to character (please pay attention to the type of character you are portraying!)

PLEASE REMEMBER:

  • Please show up hair, makeup, and wardrobe camera-ready.

  • Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# and gives you a voucher before you step away. 

  • Any questions or problems getting to set, contact Zoya (646) 747-1559 (text/call)

  • AIG is using the RABS Digital Voucher System.  The system is approved by SAG-AFTRA. RABS will text you at call, at meals, and at wrap. Please complete your "Payroll Wizard", aka Digital Voucher, at this link: https://aig.rabs.app/bg

  • Do not bring weapons or firearms of any kind to work. 

Everyone must bring valid, unexpired ID to fill out the I-9 on the voucher you will be given on set. You cannot work without presenting identification. 

IF YOU HAVE A VISA, RESTRICTED SSN CARD, OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST CONTACT CASTING (aig@gwcnyc.com) IMMEDIATELY.

PLEASE BRING:

A) an unexpired US Passport or US Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or an unrestricted Employment Authorization Card that contains a photograph

OR

B) unexpired US state-issued driver's license, US federal or state government-issued photo ID, or, for minors, a medical record or report card

AND

C) an unrestricted U.S. Social Security account number card or US-issued birth certificate

If you have any one of the options under A), that is all you need to bring. If you don't have an A) document, you must bring BOTH one B) and one C) document.

Please note, GWCI is not the employer for your work on this project. The employer of record is the production company and the payroll company. GWCI may contact you via text in regards to your work on this production.
