If you were pre-fit, wear what you were instructed to at your fitting. If not, specifics have been emailed to you for this specific shoot date.
*If the costume department gives you any pieces of wardrobe to wear on set, you MUST return them before leaving set each day!*

WEAR 1, NO CHANGES
Location we are shooting for is DC. Season is end of Winter/Early Spring. Regular everyday people going about their day, on the way to work, or running errands. Income level is middle class and upper middle class.
Time period is non-descript. This is a made up time period, so please only wear classic clothing. Nothing super modern. No atheltic wear, no athleisure, no loungewear.
Color Palette = Neutrals, Jewel Tones, Dusty Pastels. Maroons, Burgundys, Mauves, Dark Lilac, Dark Peach, Browns, Tans, Grays, Charcoals, Cool Blues, Dark Blues, Rust, Brick. Subtle patterns only.
No bold patterns. Nothing too light or too bright. No true primary colors. No neon, no sparkly, no camo, no leopard. NO GREEN AT ALL.
Please wear easy, casual clothing options with a comfortable, closed toe pair of shoes.
Tops- Polos, thermals, henleys,casual or business button-downs/blouses. Light knits, light sweaters. Light crewneck sweatshirts, no hooded sweatshirts. Plain tee shirts in short or long sleeve.
Bottoms- Chinos, dress pants. Skirts mid length or longer, nothing too short. Casual dresses mid length or longer. Jeans in straight leg or bootcut only. Nothing too baggy, no skinny jeans. No leggings, sweatpants, or joggers.
Layers- light jackets, light cardigans, quarter zips.
Shoes- Classic, plain dark shoes. Simple classic dark sneakers are fine a slong as there are not loarge logos. Nothing too modern for sneakers. oxfords, loafers, flats are great! Nothing white or bright. No open toes, sandals, crocs, slides, or uggs.
Accessories- classic, simple jewelry, nothing flashy.
In General- Nothing too tight, unkempt, too dressy/clubby, or too revealing. Nothing that feels summer-y. NO BIG LOGOS. NO GPRAHICS OR SPORTS TEAMS.
NO PHONES WILL BE ALLOWED ON SET. NO PHONES IN POCKETS. PLEASE HAVE A BAG TO STORE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS IN TO LEAVE IN HOLDING.
HAIR & MAKE-UP INFO
Please come in with clean, dry hair; no product. Please arrive looking how you would like to appear on-camera.
LADIES: Please arrive hair & make-up camera ready. Your hair & make-up should match your character. Not overdone.
MEN: Please do not shave unless you were told at your fitting to come in clean-shaven. Facial hair should match the character you are playing.
PLEASE REMEMBER:
Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# and gives you a voucher before you step away.

THE BUREAUCRAT is using the RABS Digital Voucher System. The system is approved by SAG-AFTRA. RABS will text you at call, at meals, and at wrap. Please complete your "Payroll Wizard", aka Digital Voucher, at this link: https://bureaucrat.rabs.app/bg

It is important that you review and complete your digital voucher, including your I9. Remember, if you are uploading a List B and List C ID for I9 verification, only upload an image of the front of each document. If uploading a List A ID with two sides, you must upload images of both the front and back.
If it is more convenient for you, you may complete RABS "Payroll Wizard" before you report to work. You must complete all digital forms once you check in at holding so that payroll has all necessary information to process your payment.
It is important that you review and complete your digital voucher, including your I9. Remember, if you are uploading a List B and List C ID for I9 verification, only upload an image of the front of each document. If uploading a List A ID with two sides, you must upload images of both the front and back.
IF YOU HAVE A VISA, RESTRICTED SSN CARD, OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST CONTACT NJFILM@GWCNYC.COM IMMEDIATELY.

A) an unexpired US Passport or US Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or an unrestricted Employment Authorization Card that contains a photograph

AND
C) an unrestricted U.S. Social Security account number card or US-issued birth certificate
If you have any one of the options under A), that is all you need to bring. If you don't have an A) document, you must bring BOTH one B) and one C) document.
