VAN/BUS LOCATION:
Production vans will leave from the corner of W Broadway & Canal St in Manhattan.
Please make sure you are on the right van/bus for DOLCE and not another show’s van/bus!
(Please be proactive and check all surrounding corners, as the buses can often only park where there's room! Please arrive ON TIME, do not be late, as the bus will not wait for you and you will then have to self-report.)

HAIR/MAKE-UP INFO:
Please arrive as close to camera ready as possible!
For those who wear makeup, this means arriving with foundation/base, mascara, lip color, and powder already applied. You can bring some items for touchups throughout the day. For men it means facial hair groomed, if you have any. If you are portraying a high schooler or college student, no facial hair is preferred.
DIGITAL VOUCHER:
DOLCE is using the RABS Digital Voucher System. The system is approved by SAG-AFTRA. RABS will text you at call, at meals, and at wrap. Please complete your "Payroll Wizard", aka Digital Voucher, at this link: https://dolce.rabs.app/bg

It is important that you review and complete your digital voucher, including your I9. Remember, if you are uploading a List B and List C ID for I9 verification, only upload an image of the front of each document. If uploading a List A ID with two sides, you must upload images of both the front and back.
If it is more convenient for you, you may complete RABS "Payroll Wizard" before you report to work. You must complete all digital forms once you check in at holding so that payroll has all necessary information to process your payment.
Please note, RABS does not provide call time information. It is only for payroll purposes.
PLEASE REMEMBER:
Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# before you step away.

Everyone must bring valid, unexpired ID to fill out the I-9 on the voucher you will be given on set. You cannot work without presenting identification.
IF YOU HAVE A VISA, RESTRICTED SSN CARD, OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST CONTACT CASTING IMMEDIATELY.

PLEASE BRING:
A) an unexpired US Passport or US Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or an unrestricted Employment Authorization Card that contains a photograph
OR

AND
C) an unrestricted U.S. Social Security account number card or US-issued birth certificate
If you have any one of the options under A), that is all you need to bring. If you don't have an A) document, you must bring BOTH one B) and one C) document.
Please note, GWCI is not the employer for your work on this project. The employer of record is the production company and the payroll company. GWCI may contact you via text in regards to your work on this production.
