Please be on time, the van/bus will not wait and you’ll have to self-report to location.
NOTE (For stand ins): Because the van is departing before 6:00 AM, production has approved reimbursement of up to $35 for cab, Uber, or Lyft expenses incurred for travel before 6:00 AM only to the van departure location. Please be sure to obtain and submit your receipt to production for reimbursement. A receipt is required, and no reimbursement will be issued without one. Travel expenses incurred after 6:00 AM are not eligible for reimbursement.

Fall modern day - driver with car in New England (New Haven). Please bring layers!! You are enjoying your day getting errands done so dress to your personality and have some fun with it! Things to avoid: bright/neon colors, red, white, and black. Large patterns, branding and logos of any kind. If you have visible tattoos, please bring options to cover them. No heavy jackets or winter jackets. Please bring casual clothes tshirts, long sleeves, button front options, polos, jeans, chinos or other pants and dress pants. I would love to see ladies in cardigans, skirts and dresses (or even nice athleisure). I would also love to see shoes like sneakers, loafers and boots. Additionally, women feel free to bring reasonable heels and accessories and jewelry.
HAIR & MAKE-UP INFO
Please arrive to set hair and makeup ready for what you are portraying. That means arrive as you want to appear on camera.
Men should have well groomed facial hair or clean shaven.
Everyone must have clean, dry hair.
PLEASE REMEMBER:
Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# before you step away.

DIGITAL VOUCHERS:
IN LOVE is utilizing Everyset, a SAG-AFTRA approved digital onboarding and voucher system. You will receive an email from them to create an account on https://onboard.everyset.com/. Be sure to sign up under the email you gave to casting. However, if you have previously registered with Everyset, you will need to use the same email address again. If it differs from what you provided casting, let us know immediately.
Please note, Everyset may not enter you into their system until call times are released. You will receive an email to create an account from them.

3. Sign your voucher at the end of the day in the Everyset app (Timecards tab) or on onboard.everyset.com

It is important that you review and complete your digital voucher, including your I9. Remember, if you are uploading a List B and List C ID for I9 verification, only upload an image of the front of each document. If uploading a List A ID with two sides, you must upload images of both the front and back.
If it is more convenient for you, you may complete Everyset digital voucher before you report to work. You must complete all digital forms once you check in at holding so that payroll has all necessary information to process your payment.
IF YOU HAVE A VISA, RESTRICTED SSN CARD, OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST CONTACT inlove@gwcnyc.com IMMEDIATELY.

A) an unexpired US Passport or US Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or an unrestricted Employment Authorization Card that contains a photograph

AND
C) an unrestricted U.S. Social Security account number card or US-issued birth certificate
If you have any one of the options under A), that is all you need to bring. If you don't have an A) document, you must bring BOTH one B) and one C) document.
