All background actors will be provided a digital consent form to sign as set forth in the SAG-AFTRA Basic Agreement. Scanning is for use in the production subject to all the SAG-AFTRA requirements and rules

Please be proactive and check all corners as the vans/ buses can only park where there is room. The transp will leave ON TIME and will not wait for you, so be sure to arrive punctually.

SUBWAY & DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

The nearest subway to set/holding is the 7 train to 111th St

There will be a courtesy shuttle making rounds from this subway stop to Hall of Science, but it is just a short walk from the subway stop. If you take the courtesy shuttle, please factor extra time into your commute to ensure you arrive to holding ON TIME.

Bryan, Derek, and David have an 11:12pm courtesy bus leave or a 12am (midnight) self-report to SET.

BACKGROUND:

BG #s 15-18, 21-24, & 29-32 have a 6pm self-report to HOLDING.

BG #s 1-7 have a 7pm self-report to HOLDING.

BG #s 26-28 have a 9:30pm courtesy van leave or a 10pm self-report to HOLDING.

BG #s 8-14, 19-20, & 25 have an 11:12pm courtesy bus leave or an 11:42pm self-report to HOLDING.

WARDROBE INFO:

Please refer back to your email for wardrobe notes.

HAIR & MAKE-UP INFO:

Everyone please come camera ready! This means with your hair and makeup done the way you want it to appear on camera!

Please come with your hair done and styled the way you would wear your hair in real life based on the scene you’re in. Please be mindful of NOT wearing bright/flashy/eye-catching hair accessories ie clips with patterns on them etc. If you are cast as a tennis player or athletic role of any kind, please come with your hair back in someway- the way you would if you were to work out- braid/bun/ponytail. Please be prepared to match the look you choose and be able to match it daily for continuity if your work calls for it — please keep your own continuity. Take photos of how your hair looks and keep them on your phone so we can revert back to it to match if needed.

Please bring and wear sunscreen for any exterior work.

Women - Please come with light makeup, nothing with shimmer or glitter and no bright lips. For nails, please refrain from nail art and neon colors.

Men- Please come with your facial hair groomed but be prepared to have the makeup department alter it at their discretion.

PLEASE REMEMBER:

Please show up hair, makeup, and wardrobe camera-ready.
Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# and gives you a voucher before you step away.

A) an unexpired US Passport or US Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or an unrestricted Employment Authorization Card that contains a photograph

C) an unrestricted U.S. Social Security account number card or US-issued birth certificate

If you have any one of the options under A), that is all you need to bring. If you don't have an A) document, you must bring BOTH one B) and one C) document.
