The following are the call times for FREEFALL for Tuesday October 13, 2026


PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE CAREFULLY INCLUDING ALL NOTES.

Please know in advance that the policy of FREEFALL is that no personal photography is permitted unless approved by filmmakers, Universal Pictures or the unit publicist as established by signing your NDA.

 

Only persons with authorization from the filmmakers, Universal Pictures, or the unit publicist may take moving or still images of our cast, crew, sets, props, costumes, or any other elements of FREEFALL during filming, rehearsals, or behind the scenes. Continuity photos for various departments are an exception for internal use only.

 

Only Universal Pictures and filmmakers are authorized to release pictures to the media (broadcast/ print/ radio) or the Internet.

 

We greatly appreciate you respecting the privacy of our workplace and refraining from sharing any material from the set of FREEFALL on any social media platforms – X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, blogs, forums, multimedia messaging or any other media outlet.

CELL PHONE POLICY: Please be aware that production will provide and require camera cover stickers for cell phones to prevent unauthorized photography. The provided stickers are specifically made for cell phone application; they must be applied when you check in at holding and remain on your phones until wrap.

WARDROBE INFO

  • Everyone was pre-fit, your costume will be on set/ holding when you arrive. If you were instructed to wear anything of your own at your fitting, please bring/ wear.

  • *If the costume department gives you any pieces of wardrobe to wear on set, you MUST return them before leaving set each day!*

HAIR & MAKE-UP INFO

  • WOMEN:
    - Come foundation and mascara ready, please bring
    your mascara to the makeup station, so the artist can
    touch up mascara after makeup is done
    - please bring your favorite 80s lipgloss/color (see pics)
    - nails oval or round shape only; see pics for colors,
    make sure it goes with your outfit!
    - please remove all piercings
    - please point out visible tattoos to your makeup artist for covering it
    - “Miami Ladies” we love you tan!
    Once your makeup is done DO NOT change it!

    MEN
    - we LOVE mustaches!! As many as we can get.
    - if you have facial hair be ready for us to alter and/or shave it if necessary
    - please remove all piercings
    - please point out visible tattoos to your makeup artist for covering it
    - “Miami men” we love you tan
    - some stubble is ok, but we may alter the day of, shaving kits are
    available for you to use the day of if needed.



PLEASE REMEMBER:

  • Please be professional and get to set at your designated call time. Make sure you check in with the PA in holding BEFORE you go get breakfast or go to wardrobe. Please make sure the PA checks off your name and check-in# and gives you a voucher before you step away.

DIGITAL VOUCHERS:

FREEFALL is using the RABS Digital Voucher System. The system is approved by SAG-AFTRA. RABS will text you at call, at meals, and at wrap. Please complete your "Payroll Wizard", aka Digital Voucher, at this link:https://freefall.rabs.app/bg/

It is important that you review and complete your digital voucher, including your I9. Remember, if you are uploading a List B and List C ID for I9 verification, only upload an image of the front of each document. If uploading a List A ID with two sides, you must upload images of both the front and back.

If it is more convenient for you, you may complete RABS "Payroll Wizard" before you report to work. You must complete all digital forms once you check in at holding so that payroll has all necessary information to process your payment


IF YOU HAVE A VISA, RESTRICTED SSN CARD, OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST CONTACT FREEFALL@GWCNYC.COM  IMMEDIATELY. 

· Everyone must bring valid, unexpired ID to fill out the I-9 on the voucher you will be given on set. You cannot work without presenting identification.

PLEASE BRING:

A) an unexpired US Passport or US Passport Card, Permanent Resident Card, or an unrestricted Employment Authorization Card that contains a photograph

OR

B) unexpired US state-issued driver's license, US federal or state government-issued photo ID, or, for minors, a medical record or report card

AND

C) an unrestricted U.S. Social Security account number card or US-issued birth certificate

If you have any one of the options under A), that is all you need to bring. If you don't have an A) document, you must bring BOTH one B) and one C) document.
